 Take the skills you learn in class and use them with your dog in your environment and everyday routine. You will learn to teach your dog commands such as: sit, down, stay, heel, wait, let's go, and recall. Hand signals and off-leash training are also covered.
With training, you and your dog can achieve qualifications for:
- Pet Therapy Dog, TDI
- American Kennel Club (AKC) Canine Good Citizenship
- AKC Companion Dog (CD) Title
- AKC Obedience Titles
- AKC Rally Titles
Showing Dogs
After falling in love and purchasing her first Pomeranian (who became a Champion) she caught the bug and started learning how to become a 
handler herself. Dottie has since shown dogs for past clientele at local dog shows. She was fortunate to have the opportunity to show Jan-Shar Pomeranians at the National Specialty in Kentucky in 2007.
Since breeding to the #5 Pomeranian, Dottie is currently showing the offspring in the Bred-By category and invites the opportunity to take on new clientele for showing.
